Erik is Senior Research Technician

Major expertise: biochemistry and molecular biology, DNA Sequencing and HLA genotyping

In the seventies, I graduated as an A1 lab technician at CERIA-COOVI in Anderlecht and worked for a couple of years in a pharmacy. 
For 40 years (1980-2020) I worked on Brussels Health Campus as a technician in several labs, mainly with Harry Heimberg.
Despite of being retired, I still enjoy supporting the lab, backstage and on a voluntary basis.
I like cycling, playing and listening to music, working in the garden and at the house, spending time with friends and family and going on holidays in the Alps.
